The position

Job description

As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communication team, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product. You'll have a direct impact on Okeiro’s visibility and commercial success, especially in the context of medical and healthcare events.

Events & Congresses (50%):

  • Coordinate Okeiro’s presence at key healthcare and transplant-related congresses
  • Manage logistics: booth setup, speaker arrangements, team travel, and suppliers
  • Handle on-site support and communications before, during, and after the event
  • Help collect and organize leads, and assist with post-event analysis and reporting

Operational & Content Marketing (30%):

  • Assist in the production and localization of marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Support email marketing campaigns and ensure CRM updates are maintained

Strategy & Partnerships Support:

  • Assist our Marketing & Partnerships Lead in the development and execution of international partnership initiatives
  • Support the coordination and follow-up with key partners and prospects, including email outreach, preparation of materials, and meeting logistics
  • Conduct market research and partner analysis to help identify new strategic opportunities and support business expansion

Brand & Community:

  • Contribute to the creation of branded content (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, visual assets)
  • Support community engagement initiatives with transplant professionals and partners
  • Monitor medical marketing trends and analyze competitor activities

Preferred experience

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong interest in healthcare, technology, and event management
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and French – experience or familiarity with the US market is a plus
  • A curious, proactive team player eager to make a real impact in a mission-driven company
