The position

Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Digital Engagement & Creative Content Intern for Martell for 6 months from January to June 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will work on every aspect of communication around digital and content creation and orchestration. As a part of the Content & Communications department you will support the team in producing social content globally, accompanying key markets in their digital initiatives, and helping to develop the Brand’s presence on several digital touchpoints (social, websites, CRM programs…) while looking for the most innovative technologies to unlock its potential. You will also be in touch with internal stakeholders and agencies when necessary to help the team with day-to-day project management and follow-up.

Your key missions:

Digital Engagement

  • You will create and update project reporting and project presentations (Media reports, Social Media audit, competitive analysis).
  • You will support on digital content production (coordinating content briefs, upload of the content, and collecting needs and follow-up with the key markets).
  • You will contribute to the social media tools management
  • You will support the team on monthly presentations with key markets
  • You will contribute to digital toolkits/guidelines development
  • You will support the continuous update of the brand’s digital platforms and tools: CMS/BackOffice tasks (website, newsletter).
  • You will support the search and implementation of new technologies for the Brand.
  • You will benchmark competition and new digital platforms (through different internal tools: Radarly, Prime, Sprinklr…).

Creative Content

  • You will support the team on the development of our next Hero Campaigns
  • You will lead the development of inspirational decks (competitive reviews, consumer trends, social media trends) to fuel the team with new ideas to be implemented in new campaigns.
  • You will be the team champion for the quarterly update provided to our markets: coordinating the production of toolkits, uploading assets onto the platform, and managing usage rights.

  • You are pursuing a degree with a specialization in digital or creativity.
  • You ideally have previous experience in a digital or creative environment.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You have excellent command of WordPress, Google Analytics and Sprinklr or equivalent; Facebook Business Manager and Photoshop are a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in social media and campaign communications, Web, CRM and new technologies; interest in the luxury industry is a plus.
  • You are organized, rigorous, and proactive.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
