The position

Job description

Your goal: make sure our international clients are happy, their operations run smoothly, and OneFlash becomes an essential service for their visitors.

You’ll join the Ops & Customer Success team, working closely with our COO and international partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of international B2B clients (shopping malls, airports, events, leisure venues, etc.).

  • Handle daily client requests (reporting, on-site operations, small logistics follow-up) and ensure proper communication with the Ops team in France.

  • Track performance metrics and usage data, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Build and share monthly dashboards and performance reports for clients.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell or renewal, and contribute to account plans.

  • Coordinate on-site client activations, events, or trade fairs — possibly travelling in Europe to represent OneFlash.

  • Contribute to improving internal tools, documentation, and customer processes.


Preferred experience

  • You’re currently in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school, university, or equivalent).

  • You’re looking for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2026.

  • You have a first experience in customer success, account management, or operations.

  • You’re fluent in English (mandatory – you’ll work daily in English).

  • You speak Spanish (ideally), or German / Swedish as a strong plus.

  • French is optional but appreciated for daily team interactions.

  • You’re autonomous, structured, and proactive — capable of juggling multiple priorities.

  • You have great communication skills and empathy, and love building long-term relationships.

  • You’re comfortable with digital tools (Excel, Notion, HubSpot/CRM, etc.).

  • You’re curious, resourceful, and want to grow in a fast-moving, international startup environment.
