Gain practical experience in finance operations within an international scale-up company. Learn about risk management and compliance in a financial context. Work closely with external financial institutions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Financing Transactions Support: Participate in various financing transaction stages, including eligibility assessment, financing requests, and payment allocation.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Become familiar with company policies and regulations for financial transactions. Support fraud checks, credit limit monitoring, and buyback processing.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Learn how to efficiently identify and address operational issues with a focus on customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and support the implementation of solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist in creating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and processes.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong motivation to learn and an interest in finance, risk management, or compliance is essential. Any previous experience in financial operations is a plus!
  • Tools:
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for financial data analysis.
  • Interest in financial tools such as Jira, Looker, and Notion would be a plus.
  • Profile: Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
