Client facing role, responsible for building a strong relationship with assigned clients backed on an excellent execution and a strong capacity to understand the client’s business and digital environment
Client Success Managers are expected to strategically grow accounts by building strong relationships and asking the right questions during weekly client meetings.

Manage a portfolio of key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Develop and execute customized growth plans for each client.
Monitor compliance with established sales targets and KPI’s.
Ensure effective and transparent communication with customers.
Coordinate internal resources required for project delivery.
Perform financial and administrative follow-up of assigned accounts.
At least 5 years of experience in Account management role.
Relationship management with key clients.
Results oriented: you have a strong focus on achieving established objectives.
Exceptional communication skills.
Native German.
Dynamic and proactive profile: You adapt quickly to changes and are constantly looking for new opportunities for improvement.
