Kyriba is on the hunt for a First-Line Manager to lead our EMEA Account Management team. You’ll coach a high-performing crew, hit quota, and own renewals—while building a healthy pipeline of new and expansion business. Success looks like client growth + retention, quarterly/annual targets met, a strong team pipeline, and smart hiring + development.

What You’ll Do:
Hire, help onboard, and develop members of the account management organization.
Support a mixed profile of customer accounts including SMB/Mid-Market, Enterprise, and select Strategic accounts.
Serve in a player-coach role as the team is onboarded and develops to full capacity.
Accurately Forecast Revenue on an ongoing basis and ensure appropriate updates in Salesforce.
Serve as an escalation path both to internal team members and customers on an as-needed basis.
Develop and nurture pipeline for team members.
Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 individuals within the account management organization.
Support strategic business reviews of client accounts.
Develop and grow relationship with clients, enabling solution expansion and upsells.
Coordinate activity involving other business partners at Kyriba, including CSMs, Professional Service, Solution Engineers, Finance, Development, and other stakeholders.
Effectively differentiate Kyriba offerings from competitive alternatives and create customer preference for Kyriba offerings.
Work with partners as needed for both customer-specific account strategies as well as overall portfolio support and growth.
Manage internal escalations as required, ensuring accountability from other supporting teams within Kyriba.
Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.
What You Bring:
Team management experience at a SaaS company preferred.
4+ years of Sales and/or Account Manager experience.
Extensive Experience with Renewal Strategy and negotiations.
Knowledge of and experience in the Treasury Software / Accounting software industry.
Diverse experience in the fields of product marketing, management, professional services, and communications.
Account and Pipeline Management.
Strategic thinker/planner and results oriented.
Willingness to share information and pitch in when needed.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent French and English language skills
