The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.
For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.
As for Card-Linked, our Sales team is in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing long-lasting partnerships.
Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

As the Account Management Lead (Online), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Online Business. You will lead a team of Account Managers to enhance our e-commerce portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and manage key projects that support our strategic objectives. Your collaborative work with Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech teams will be essential in sustaining our momentum and expanding our market presence.
The Online Business has +3000 partners, including top e-commerce brands such as Amazon, Apple, Hotels.com, Nike, and more. It has experienced a 20x revenue growth over the past 2 years, generating over €500 million in annual revenue for our partners last year.
Your responsibility will be to sustain this growth and help Account Managers grow their portfolio of brands through Joko. You will report to the Head of Online Business. Additionally, you will negotiate the best deals for our users. To achieve this, you will:
Team leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Business strategy: Develop strategies to optimize Online Business alignment with company goals and oversee a diverse portfolio of 3,000+ Online partners.
Commercial: Negotiate competitive deals and special offers with brand partners. Leverage Joko's features like BNPL and coupons to create new business opportunities.
Performance tracking: Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to monitor partnership performance. Analyze banking and browsing data to identify market trends.
Relationship management: Build strong relationships with partners through regular events and meetings. Support international expansion, starting with the US using French partnerships.
You will also work to make the Online business grow by:
Working with the Product and the Bizops teams in order to improve processes and build solid foundations to scale our department at Joko, in France, and abroad.
Contributing to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy.
Working closely with the Marketing team, by establishing a robust communication roadmap to effectively reach our users with our top brands.
Preferred experience: at least 5-7 years of experience in business roles (client-facing roles in a startup or in the tech industry, in finance or in consulting) with management positions.
Education: You have graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for starting from scratch, embracing challenges, being hands-on, ambitious, and an effective problem-solver.
Independence: Capable of autonomous project management from inception to completion, setting and exceeding high standards, and ensuring project success.
