You will provide invaluable support to three Global Service Lines CFOs based in Paris, working across the following global Service Lines:

Public Affairs: is a global leader in Public Affairs research, having the world’s largest team of political polling experts, using behavioural science and advance Analytics to aid decision making.

Automotive & Mobily Development. The ‘AMD’ offer includes cutting-edge Pre-launch Studies of new vehicles on the market, including car clinics where protypes and new models are tested with potential buyers.

Ipsos UU: is the largest qualitative and has 1,300 specialists who understand people better than anyone else.

Corporate Reputation: help business leaders make decision on company reputation, corporate communication.

Brand Health Tracking: Help clients understand their brand’s performance, strengths, and weaknesses, and identify growth opportunities through continuous, real-time insights.

Observer: Focus on data collection and delivery, providing clients with easy-to-digest and actionable data through our extensive data collection infrastructure.

As a Finance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the global Service Line finance team, collaborating closely across finance teams and various stakeholders around the world. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the preparation of Service Lines Business Monthly Reviews, including key KPIs.

  • Prepare presentations and participate in monthly and/or quarterly market calls.

  • Review and challenge top markets on Budget and Reforecasts

  • Prepare monthly financial reviews on Turnover and Profitability by Service Line

  • Track major programs

  • Assist in weekly pitch and win reports

  • Review pitch pricing and profitability

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support the Service Lines


Preferred experience

We are seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Language: Fluent in English. You will be communicating with English speaking counterparts.

  • Education: University degree or business school education with a specialisation in Finance (Master 1 or 2 level).

  • Technical: Strong proficiency in Excel is a must. Capable of building and understanding complex files.

  • Initiative and Curiosity: You are organized, rigorous, and ready to take on new challenges.
