INTEGRA Metering has ambitious plans to grow its business. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Management - a person able to manage daily Supply Chain Management activities, lead and grow a young team and to ensure stable and efficient processes. He will directly report to the Head of Procurement, Supply Chain and Production.
General requirements:
Experience in managing Supply Chain Management in company including logistic
Relationship and liaising with other business functions (Sales, Production, Quality, R&D)
Familiar with ERP systems
Coach team and individuals for performance
Develop individuals to their potential (On Job Training)
Communication and cross-functional skills, good team player
Hands-on, involved in daily activities, manages by example (Gemba walk)
Willing to commit and take responsibility
Fluent English speaker,
Daily business activities
The Head of Supply Chain Management will handle all functions from planning, procurement and logistics, and will perform or be accountable for:
Handling the whole process starting from customer orders acknowledgement until remittance of finished products to sales administration for delivery decision
Providing committing acknowledgement date to sales administration upon customer’s order receipt
Regular update/synchronization of production program with sales plan
S&OP, planning and scheduling processes
Plan material from suppliers, release purchase orders and ensure in-time delivery from suppliers.
Transfer customer orders into production orders and ensure material (kits) ready for production start
Manage logistics, warehouse, packaging and shipping
Handling stock and inventories
Process improvement
Besides daily business the leader of Supply Chain Management will have to initiate and ensure
Efficient flow processes along the whole value chain
Actions to shorten order lead time together with production and suppliers
Efficient material handling processes from supplier until shipping
Stock and inventory optimization
Transparent monitoring, eg. KPI
Accountable for data, goods and financial flows consistency
Work and contribute multifunctional teams
Supply Chain Management will be deeply involved and cooperate with:
Development team for New Product launch
Strategic Purchasing for evaluation of new suppliers
Graduate engineer or business school
> 5 years in similar position with background in industrial activities including management of low volumes/high mix and High volumes/low mix
Hierarchical responsibilities > 5 direct reports
CPIM part 2, APICS certification
Export/Import & Custom regulation knowledge
Intermediate finance knowledge (stock, cash, WIP,…)
