Responsibilities:

You will join our Engineering team and take a lead role in designing, building, and deploying Inbolt’s web applications used directly by our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management (PM), guide the technical direction, and mentor a small team full-stack engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical leadership: guide product and engineering decisions, and shape the roadmap through strong collaboration with the PM.

• Develop front-end and back-end components for customer-facing web applications.

• Design and scale real-time data pipelines, APIs, and databases for industrial-grade applications.

• Integrate and deliver computer vision algorithms into production systems.

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer issues with a focus on product reliability.

• Coach and elevate the full-stack team with best practices, code quality, and architectural vision.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, including 2+ years in a lead role.

• Advanced programming skills in Python, with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

• Experience designing APIs (http rest, grpc), databases, and real-time web applications.

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly as technologies evolve.

• Fluent in English and/or French.

Bonus Points

• Experience with edge computing, industrial systems, robotics, or computer vision.

• Familiarity with real-time constraints and distributed systems.

• Experience with machine learning algorithms is a plus
