The position

Job description

INTERNSHIP (6 months)

Start Date - As soon as possible

About the Role


As a part of the Social Media team, you will work closely with our social media manager as well as the rest of the Communications, Brand & Content and Marketing teams. You see your phone as an extension of your arm and live social media. As a person, you have a great interest in supplementing your academic knowledge with practical experience. You are curious and passionate about learning and aren't afraid to step up and take on new tasks because you thrive being able to work independently with our team's solid guidance along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our social media manager as well as the rest of the Communications, Brand & Content and Marketing teams on the innovation, evolution and implementation of our social media strategy

  • Social listening for qualitative and quantitative performance of campaigns

  • KPI Reporting: weekly and monthly as well as providing insight on KPIs

  • Support the social media manager in the layout and setup of research in PPT format

  • Assistance in proofreading captions in English that are aligned with our brand style guide

  • Support scheduling posts on our social media platforms: LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Participate in meetings

  • Support the community management of all accounts/pages on LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Benchmarking/surveillance

Profil & Requirements

  • Knowledge with using different analytics, reporting and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Meltwater

  • Proactive approach in communication both online and offline

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

  • Community management concepts

  • Native English required
