The position

Job description

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service throughout the shipment process.

  • Manage and coordinate client shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Liaise with shipping lines to secure space and make reservations according to client requirements.

  • Coordinate with other transport suppliers and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.

  • Prepare and issue all necessary transport documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and shipping instructions.

  • Monitor shipment progress, provide regular status updates to clients, and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, legal requirements, and international shipping regulations


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor in International Commerce/Transportation&Logistics or any related discipline

  • 3 years of experience as a maritime export traffic operator in a freight forwarding company.

  • In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and regulations related to exports

  • Sea Export Jobfiles managing. Handle Export documentations (BL / Packing List / Invoices / COO etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

  • Remarkable verbal and written skills to handle organizational interactions with suppliers, clients, and agents.

  • Spanish and English fluent
