The position

Job description

As part of the preparations for the ChangeNOW 2026 summit, and under the supervision of the Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Event Partners and overseeing the eco-production aspects of the event.

As a Event Partner Coordinator, your missions will include:

  • Foodcourt Coordination: Oversight of the foodcourt operations and management of food partners for the summit.

  • Event Partner Management: Prospecting, onboarding, and managing new and existing event partners to enhance the participant experience.

  • Carbon Footprint Monitoring: Collecting, tracking, and analyzing summit carbon footprint data.

  • Sustainability Report 2025: Drafting, structuring, and producing the annual report.

  • Label LEAD: Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting sustainability-related data.


Preferred experience

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Successful experience in event and/or project management

  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting

  • Autonomous & force of proposal

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Deep motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
