Job description

6-Month Internship – Human Resources | Talent Acquisition, Campus & Learning (M/F)

A hands-on, high-impact HR internship where you’ll grow fast and own real responsibilities from day one.

Join our HR team and work on a broad scope: recruitment, intern experience, campus strategy, and training data analysis —with strong exposure to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Campus Management

You will be the go-to person for our intern recruitement, from publishing internship roles to the offer.

You will:

  • Write engaging, creative job postings
  • Source, identify, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Support the arrival and onboarding of new interns
  • Drive intern engagement: lunches, team-building activities, community moments, etc.
  • Contribute to our campus strategy: attend recruitment fairs, build relationships with partner schools, and define an intern recruitment calendar

2) Learning & Development (Training)

You will support the operational delivery of the training plan, with a strong focus on coordination and follow-up.

Administrative & logistics coordination:

  • Manage and track training registrations
  • Help plan and organize sessions (room bookings, equipment, logistics)
  • Keep administrative files up to date (quotes, agreements, invoices, evaluations)
  • Ensure data reliability and updates in HR/training tracking tools

Content & program support:

  • Identify and liaise with training providers to build new modules
  • Contribute to training content creation (mainly PowerPoint)

3) Support to HR Projects

Depending on ongoing priorities, you’ll also contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives such as:

  • Performance reviews
  • Talent management
  • Internal communication
  • DEI topics (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), etc.
