Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention.

Contexte du service : 

Les tensions accrues sur la chaine d’approvisionnement dans l’aéronautique ainsi que les exigences de plus en plus poussées de nos clients sont des enjeux forts pour ATR notamment dans le pilotage de ses partenaires.

Les spécificités de chaque partenaire (Airbus, Leonardo) ainsi que leurs fournisseurs impliquent des organisation complexes pour ATR qui nécessitent aujourd’hui d’être standardisées, mutualisées et simplifiées, chacune avec leurs méthodes de travail, leurs process.

Descriptif des missions proposées : 

• Formaliser les processus et les pratiques au sein de la Supply Chain dans des modes opératoires et contribuer à la montée des compétences des équipes sur l’utilisation de l’ERP (SAP).
• Contribuer à la poursuite de la digitalisation des outils d'analyses et de surveillance de la Supply Chain (Ontime Delivery, Suivi des manquants, Analyse du carnet de commande et des prévisions d’achat).
• Faire vivre et accompagner la communauté des utilisateurs sur l'utilisation de ces outils digitaux (Line of Balance, Inventaire déporté, Suivi des retours et réparations, actualiser le Supply Chain Risks Mapping...)

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en école d’ingénieur ou université avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain, Logistique ou Génie Industriel.
• Vous maîtrisez Excel (TCD, formules avancées), Power BI est un plus.
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, curieux(se) et avez un bon esprit d’analyse.
• Vous avez un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe.
• Vous parlez anglais couramment (niveau B2 minimum requis).

Calendrier :

• Démarrage : février 2026
• Durée : 6 mois 

Comment se passe le processus de recrutement ?

Le processus de recrutement se passe en deux étapes après la réception de votre candidature :

• Analyse des CV.
• Entretien technique Manager :  Le responsable du stage vous contactera pour un entretien afin d’échanger sur le cadre du stage et les missions, comprendre votre projet d’études. L’entretien se déroulera à Toulouse avec le responsable du stage ainsi que le responsable du service Supply Chain.

What we’ll do together:

Being an intern at ATR means being fully integrated into a team as a valued member, and a defined scope of action.

Team Context:

The increasing pressure on the aerospace supply chain and the growing demands of our customers are major challenges for ATR, particularly in managing our partners.

The specificities of each partner (Airbus, Leonardo) and their suppliers result in complex organizational structures for ATR. These now need to be standardized, streamlined, and simplified, each with their own working methods and processes.

Your Missions:

• Formalize processes and practices within the Supply Chain into operating procedures, and contribute to upskilling teams on ERP (SAP) usage.
• Support the ongoing digitalization of analysis and monitoring tools for the Supply Chain (On-Time Delivery, shortage tracking, order book and purchase forecast analysis).
• Maintain and support the user community in using these digital tools (Line of Balance, consignment inventory, return and repair tracking, updating the Supply Chain Risk Mapping, etc.).

This Internship is for You If You:

• Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering school or university with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Have strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Are rigorous, autonomous, curious, and have strong analytical skills.
• Have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Speak fluent English (minimum B2 level required).

• Duration: 6 months

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two steps after your application is received:

• CV screening
• Technical interview with the manager: The internship supervisor will contact you for an interview to discuss the internship framework and missions, and to understand your academic project. The interview will take place in Toulouse with the internship supervisor and the Supply Chain department manager.
