All our teams work towards the same goal: encouraging artists to share their passion, earn a living from it, and leave their mark on the world. Every team member is driven by the desire to deliver exceptional experiences to customers seeking their "coup de coeur," and to support artists in building their reputations. Our collaborative environment allows everyone to suggest, test, and improve processes, and sharing insights is key to keeping all employees informed.
To foster this, we've created regular information-sharing events:
Breakfast for Thought: Every Wednesday, we gather for a lively meeting over a complimentary breakfast. With music, games, kudos, and company updates, we celebrate our artists, collectors, and colleagues.
Apero for Thought: On the first Wednesday of each month, we replace the morning gathering with an end-of-day meeting to review goals and projects, followed by an apero with drinks and snacks to close the day on a high note.

We work to promote SINGULART to our different audiences: collectors, artists, partners, the press and influencers, sharing our vision of art and our desire to change the way the world of art is seen, to make it more inclusive, and to shine a lasting light on our different targets.
Growth: we implement various strategies to acquire new customers and raise brand awareness. Highly KPI-oriented, we use data to get to know our customers and prospects better and improve our CAC.
Brand: our daily task is to make the Singulart brand the benchmark for contemporary creation, for art lovers and artists alike! Positioning, image, brand animation plan, brand content, curation and selection of artworks, KPI monitoring - these are the vast subjects that drive and thrill us.

Our mission is to recruit our artists (painters, photographers, sculptors, etc), support them in using Singulart services, advise them on how to better position themselves in the market and help them promote their works on the international market with the support of our Singulart for Artists Team.
The customer experience is at the core of everything we do. We don’t see digital and real-world interactions as separate; instead, we guide our customers through a process that conveys emotion, even long after a purchase. To ensure a high-end, personalized experience, our large team is divided into specialized groups:
Advisors: We build trust with our collectors to help them find the perfect piece. Our region-specific teams (DACH, USA, EMEA, APAC) allow us to stay close to our customers.
Customer Care: We support customers post-sale, ensuring smooth delivery and fostering loyalty.
Retail: Our boutique in Stuttgart offers collectors a unique space for contemporary art, where our Sales Art Advisors provide personalized guidance in an open, welcoming atmosphere, distinct from traditional galleries.
The world's best contemporary art site: that's their mission! On a more serious note, the team's mission is to identify the needs of our customers and visitors, and to propose features that will promote simple, premium use for our customers. We pay the same attention to our artists, with a dedicated back office that evolves regularly.

We move forward together in a spirit of co-construction based on the Agile method: each Product Manager works hand in hand with a User Researcher and a Product Designer.
What is commonly referred to as SUPPORT groups together the departments that work to support all teams in their missions:
HR Team: we define personnel management, development and recruitment policies, as well as managing internal events (parties, seminars, Pride Month, etc.).
Finance: we define the company's financial strategy and advise teams on budget management. Finance also reports to our investors and draws up internal financial management and M&A strategies.
Logistic: We ensure quality delivery of our artists' works to our customers, wherever they may be, all over the world!
