We are looking for our future IT & Support Apprentice. You will be part of a 5 people team (IT/Sec and Technical support teams).

Your responsibilities

1- IT assets management (30%)

Laptops, smartphone, fleet and other material management

  • Responsible for maintaining the corporate IT fleet (Purchasing, repairing & configuring laptops, smartphones, etc.) and ensuring the smooth operation of our endpoint management devices (MDM, Workspace, EDR)

Manage network & hardware

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the wireless networks and devices on the premises (Wifi, Printers, Meeting rooms) and for troubleshooting them in the event of a technical incident: loss of connectivity, incident affecting users, weak signal

  • Pay particular attention to video-conferencing devices to ensure they are always available and you will be responsible for issuing and canceling employee badges

2- Supporting company’s operations (30%)

Manage Onboarding / Offboarding

  • Responsible for accompanying employee arrivals and departures, ensuring that equipment is issued and returned, and that access is issued and terminated (a weekly review of onboarding and offboarding will be carried out)

Manage IT helpdesk

  • Responsible for distributing tickets generated on the IT Helpdesk interface

  • Responsible for processing and responding to those for which he is responsible

Support corporate software administration

  • Responsible for issuing licenses (pay particular attention to inventory keeping and financial reporting)

3- Product Technical Support (30%)

Technical support agent

  • Become the technical reference for the use and operation of our solution

  • Process Support tickets, resolving technical issues raised by our customers, partners, and internal users

Product & Engineering collaboration

  • Document identified bugs and collaborate with development teams to prioritize fixes

  • Provide support to the team in creating and maintaining assistance scripts

4- Security (10%)

As administrator of part of CybelAngel’s resources, you must be exemplary and vigilant with regard to computer hygiene: Compliance with the policies of unique and strong passwords, systematic 2FA, BYOD supervision.

You must report any suspected or proven incident of which you are made aware of, or any element of concern (strange logs, connection attempts, phishing emails).

Operational security

  • Responsible for a certain number of security audits to be completed on an ad-hoc basis, the results of which will be communicated to the IT team (e.g. badge audits)

  • Responsible for following up alerts raised by the monitoring tools in place (Endpoint Protection, SIEM) and initiating remediation actions

Policies and procedures

  • Support your manager in defining new security policies and ensuring their implementation

  • You may also be called upon from time to time to gather the elements required for a successful audit or certification (continuity tests, IT perimeter audits)

Anti-phishing

  • Responsible for organizing phishing campaigns (selecting the service provider, preparing campaigns, communicating with employees) and raising employee awareness, notably through training sessions

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Internship/personal experience with hardware and software

  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred

  • Experience scripting in Python, JavaScript and Bash is a plus

  • Great written & verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in French & English (oral + written)

  • Teamwork & collaboration

📆 Start Date: Preferred start in July 2026 or September 2026.

💰 Compensation: Based on the official French legal scale (determined by age and level of education)
