What you’ll be doing

As our next Sales Intern, you’ll be part of the team ensuring that our beautiful homes in London, Madrid, and Milan are always full of amazing members. You’ll play a key role in our expansion and help optimize how we manage and fill our rooms.

Here’s what your adventure will look like:

  • Occupancy Hero: Help manage room occupancy across multiple cities and develop strategies to fill them faster and smarter.

  • Market Detective: Dive into market trends, analyze data, and identify new opportunities to stay one step ahead.

  • Growth Partner: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to boost visibility and ensure a high occupancy rate.

  • Future Member Guide: Be the first point of contact for new applicants, from first message to move-in day, you’ll make their journey smooth and exciting.

  • Experience Champion: Make sure every new member’s experience is top-notch, from first impression to long-term satisfaction.

  • Partnership Builder: Spot and develop new partnerships that create extra value for our community.

  • Feedback Translator: Listen to community insights, analyze feedback, and share actionable ideas with internal teams to continuously improve.


Requisitos

  • Communication Star: Excellent oral and written communication skills, you know how to connect with people effortlessly.

  • Analytical Mind: You love understanding data, spotting patterns, and finding solutions that boost performance.

  • Fast Learner: Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and eager to learn about CRM, sales techniques, and adaptability.

  • People Person: Sociable and service-oriented, you enjoy building relationships and engaging with communities.

  • Strategic Thinker: Comfortable navigating a complex real-estate market with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Language Lover: Fluent in French and English, with notion of Spanish or Italian.
