We are looking for an Inside Sales specialist in Düsseldorf, Germany for a permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
Preparing quotes for a portfolio of clients.
Independently preparing quotes.
Proposing purchase prices.
Developing a client portfolio and supporting the sales team in monitoring its portfolio:
Qualifying client requests.
Assisting sales representatives in prospecting and business development.
Retain and develop existing accounts by regularly monitoring customer needs
Initiate customer meetings for interviews and find new opportunities
Prepare quotes and draft sales proposals
Configure customer organization and pricing in the operational tool
Participate in responding to calls for tenders
Analyze trends and customer needs
Ensuring effective internal communication:
Communicating all relevant information (regulatory, commercial, and operational developments) to operational and financial departments
Working closely with other sales representatives to pursue the group’s strategy (sales lead)
Monitoring the competitive landscape
Reporting regularly to management
Supporting operational staff during customer deployment phases:
Updating SOPs
Assisting with the management of customer relationship tools:
Be responsible for database management
Produce dashboards, customer reports, statistics, and mailings
Contributing to the performance of the sales department:
Optimize margins and profitability
Ensure the quality of the sales service
