What you’ll be doing:

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) will be all about bringing people together and delivering a top-notch experience to our 100+ members:

  • Community Hero: Be the go-to person for our members - answering their questions, solving their problems, and ensuring they always feel at home.

  • Event Dynamo: Organize and participate in community events that spark joy, build connections, and make Cohabs unforgettable.

  • Content Creator Extraordinaire: Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event comms that keep our community in the loop and inspired.

  • Strategic Planner: Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our company values and makes our members feel truly connected.

  • Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), then share key insights with the team to keep improving.

  • Room Whisperer: Follow up on room occupancy and ensure every new member’s onboarding experience runs smoothly.

  • Partnership Builder: Hunt for exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands that bring extra perks to our community.

  • Bilingual Superstar: Fluent in French & English - other languages are a plus!
