Purpose
Leverage the power of our ecosystem to promote self-governance & Talkspirit at an international scale.
Coordinate & manage our partner channel
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
Measure and report on the performance of partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
Animate the community channel,
Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to align sales and channel efforts ; develop co-marketing initiatives such as local events
Develop Partner Network
Identify and onboard new channel partners
Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
Fluent French & English a must-have
30% of your time will be spent at our partners’ site Europe mainly
At ease with c-level counterpart
SaaS world or in an international environment with a Master / MBA degree in marketing or sales a nice-to-have
A willingness to innovate work, a very nice-to-have
The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
