The Go-to-Market team is composed of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, with the aim of creating synergies to drive Shipup's growth.

• The Sales Team: Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and creating new sales opportunities to qualifying deals, demonstrating the platform, and ultimately signing contracts 🎉!

• The Marketing Team: This team has a range of missions, from increasing brand awareness to generating new leads, working closely with the Sales team while enhancing customer engagement.

• The CS Team: They are responsible for guiding customers from onboarding onwards. By fully leveraging the platform, their goal is to ensure our customers have a smooth and successful experience!

Their main focus is to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Our Tech & Product team relies on a robust framework that allows our developers to work on the most valuable projects for our customers and consider the technical evolutions necessary for the good health and sustainability of the product.

Our Ops team main goal is to improve the velocity of the Go-To-Market team and create more visibility on data. This new core team collaborates with every department to create cross-team alignment by putting in place processes and preventing siloed work. They ensure the logic of our tools stack and the knowledge on these, taking into account Shipup’s growth objectives.

The Admin team encompasses Shipup's support functions, including finance, office management, HR, and hiring. This team primarily offers essential support to other teams, allowing them to focus on their core functions. Fostering a positive work environment while supporting employee well-being is also one of their significant missions!
