Creation of Shipup
Shipup is a multi-national SaaS company, co-founded in 2016, with the mission to help e-retailers provide the best post-purchase experience.
The idea was to address the omnipresent paradox of e-commerce: retailers spend billions to acquire new customers whilst 80% of their business is generated by former consumers. The loyalty of e-commerce brands is strongly correlated to the security and speed of delivery: this is where Shipup comes into play.
Shipup opened its first office in Paris in 2018 and raised 6 million euros (series A) in 2020 to stimulate its international development (Europe & USA), high-potential markets.
