You will be part of the Product Business Group working on improving our conversational AI low code platform capabilities, to help companies provide simple and efficient customer interactions at any time.

We are growing the teams to build our European Tech Hub and are looking for a back-end engineer to help us grow our product features in line with this mission. You will work together with a product squad of 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 1 Engineering Manager and 2 to 4 developers to grow and improve our platform.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great features that empower our customers, is eager to extend his/her technical expertise, and works well in a small, cross-functional, product-oriented team.

What will you be doing?

• Design, implement, and test new features - examples could be a workflow visualizer showing in a graphical way how our customers’ bots are built, or a way for our customers to more easily change their bot’s configuration
• Share best practices to elevate the work of your colleagues
• Debate with product managers, designers, and engineers about the best way to give value to our customers

Must

• 3+ years of experience in web-based and backend development (excluding internships)
• 1+ year of experience in testing backend, ideally with TDD practice
• You are willing to learn Python if not familiar with this language
• Eager to grow your technical expertise
• Product mindset: you’re passionate about delivering great features to customers
• Attention to quality and detail: you don’t let important details slip through the cracks, but you also understand that software engineering is about making trade-offs, balancing business and technical needs
• You’re a team player, happy to work in a team and always sharing feedback with care
• Full professional English proficiency

Bonus

• Experience with microservices
• Experience architecting complex features
• Some experience on frontend engineering & technology is not mandatory but beneficial
