As Indy’s Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee and a direct report of Côme, our CEO. You will be the owner of the top line growth, from defining the strategy to the management of the team and the execution of the strategy.
The role can be based in Paris, Lyon or full remote with easy access to Lyon by train.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
👉 Define an effective marketing strategy
👉 Design the go-to-market plans across all channels and segments for both the french and american market.
👉 Lead the marketing team: build the organization, drive motivation and inspiration, coach a highly motivated and expert team of 15+ people.
👉 Leverage data to drive growth. Understand customer behavior and optimize the user experience to increase conversion.
👉 Define an effective positioning for the different product lines. Write the story that resonates with millions of solo-entrepreneurs and declines this story on all materials (website, sales pitches, ads, customer success materials, etc.)
