Descriptif du poste

Under the responsibility of the Head of Marketing, you will have a leader role and will be responsible for sharpening and implementing Wild Code School brand strategy to develop with ambition our brand awareness and reputation across France, Germany and Portugal.

Your missions are as follows:

Brand

  • Build and manage the brand strategy and editorial line across all channels: website, content creation, social network, …
  • Become the main Wild Code School ambassador externally
  • Manage PR strategy and develop contacts with journalists, media members, and community leaders ;
  • Identify and overview external opportunities to talk about Wild Code School: conferences, podcasts, media etc.
  • Sharpen the brand messaging, visual identity & tone of voice

Content

  • Lead top-of-funnel content strategy and coordinate content creation with team members or freelancers (website pages, blog articles, social media, landing pages, videos, etc.)
  • Apply SEO expertise to guide new content creation and improve existing content: page optimization, netlinking and technical SEO
  • Build authority by identifying and generating backlink opportunities via third party links
  • Manage social media strategy and coordinate day-to-day execution with our community intern

Management & Training

  • Manage team members in SEO, social media and graphic design
  • Coach our Regional Manager and Teaching team to be confident to represent Wild Code School externally to develop the local & national brand awareness
  • Pilot the Brand budget across our markets
  • Analyse the impact of the branding team: qualitative press coverage, strong relationships developed with both journalists and our agency partners

Profil recherché

We are looking for a talented profile with experience on branding & especially in developing brand awareness.

  • A story-teller with stellar oral and written communication in both French and English
  • A successful track record of developing a brand
  • Good knowledge of media, audiences and community building strategies
  • Experience in SEO and content writing (it would be great if you could send us a few examples)
  • Experience with creating briefs for freelance copywriting and design
  • Creativity and graphic design appetence
  • Teamwork & multitasking
  • A network of journalists and key opinion leaders can be a plus!
