Descriptif du poste

As the first Sales Engineer joining the team, you will help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners. You will provide technical expertise through demos, and supporting technical evaluations (POCs), implementations and post-sales. You will also have a voice with the product team to help prioritize features based on input from customers, competitors, and partners.

You will:

  • Partner with the Sales Team to articulate the overall Weglot offering to Enterprise customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, implementation phase and engagement phase. Communicate Weglot’s value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion
  • Technically close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
  • Be the technical contact of Enterprise customers to help them implement Weglot.
  • Deliver product and technical briefings / presentations to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input both wins and losses
  • Give product feedback on customers needs around integration when custom dev was required. The goal is to make it easier to fit any customer’s technical environment

You Are:

  • Able to build and execute an evaluation plan with a customer
  • Exceptional at written and oral communication skills, in French and English. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of our offering
  • Able to think creatively about a wide variety of technical challenges. You’re going to find new things every day
  • Experienced in programming/scripting with the following: Javascript, Scripting language, HTML and CSS etc.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of Cloud solutions like AWS

Profil recherché

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong interest in technology and web
  • 2 years of experience in a Sales engineering role in Saas or the technology industry
  • Engineering academic background
  • Strong autonomous and hands-on spirit
  • Ambitious and structured

  • A case study + debrief call with small roleplay
  • A meeting with Augustin and Rémy, co-founders (CEO and CTO)
