The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns for the company, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time to create leads and pipeline. She/He will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
The position reports directly to the head of marketing.
Digital Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns
Marketing Automation (HubSpot): Create and manage email marketing program that support various stages of the buyer journey, lead nurturing programs, system-triggered announcements, customer usage data and personas
Managing email marketing program development and execution including segmentation, testing and deployment
Maintaining Marketing Automation integration with CRM (SFDC) and assisting in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Planning and performing A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI
Implementing Account Based Marketing/ Target accounts campaigns
Search Engine Optimization:
Defining and implementing keyword strategies to increase website conversions
Optimizing website content and creating SEO-optimized content to rank high on search engines
Managing Google Analytics
Paid online advertising (PPC) to drive traffic, grow audience and meet marketing campaign goals:
Strategizing and executing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and display ads)
Analyzing and optimizing active paid campaigns
Monitoring budgets
Optimize user funnel and measure digital campaigns performance:
Coordinate and gather requirements from marketing stakeholders
Create reporting, and analyze campaign performance, using analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points (to drive traffic and conversion rate optimization).
Collaborate with gencies or other vendor partners
Inbound leads and management:
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce such as Account Based Marketing and managing lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleaning.
The Digital Marketing Manager has an immediate management role: a digital marketing assistant for leads management and 2 more open positions planned in FY24.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
