As a Senior SEO Manager, you will report to our Marketing Director and work in a dynamic environment aimed at maximizing qualified lead acquisition for our SaaS tools. You will play a key role in:

  • Develop and execute a global SEO strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and boosts our website’s visibility to acquire qualified leads.

  • Conduct high-level SEO audits and continuous analysis to identify strategic opportunities and optimize website performance.

  • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and new page designs.

  • Updating and optimizing our CMS website (Webflow) to enhance our brand, content, and conversion optimization.

  • Manage relationships with SEO agencies / Freelancers to ensure service excellence and alignment with our SEO goals.

  • Oversee the monitoring, tracking, and reporting on SEO progress with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and changes in algorithms, applying insights to maintain competitive advantage.


Profil recherché

  • 4-6 years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful large-scale SEO strategies, including in the US.

  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and user experience optimizations with a clear track record of driving growth.

  • You have excellent copywriting skills (English), and use ChatGPT with a pinch of salt.

  • Ability to efficiently manage a monthly budget of 5k to 10k (tools, publications fees, agencies and freelancers).

  • Excellent analytical ability to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for challenges and a creative approach to achieving and exceeding marketing goals.

  • Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
