Digital is not an option, it is there in our personal life, in our professional life, in our relations with our relatives, friends, and professional stakeholders.

Veolia structures its Digital transition to better contribute to the Ecological transformation.

This move led to the creation of Hubgrade, an advanced and Smart Monitoring service, both dedicated to Veolia teams when operating environmental facilities all over the world, and also external public, industrial and commercial facility operators.

We are now intensifying our communication on this service offer, following our strategic deployment roadmap.

The trainee will be the project manager of this deployment.

This program is led jointly by Strategic & Innovation Department, and Business & Support Department.

The contributors of this program will be at Corp level the Marketing Department, and at local level Development directors and commercial teams of local BUs/countries.

From the digital technical perspective, IS&T corp will contribute to the program: this department both supports the local Business Units (BUs) and develops Digital Solutions for the BUs. The local IT teams may also be involved.

The program shall follow an iterative process:

1. onboarding of local zones and BUs all over the world
2. organization of dedicated workshops to elaborate the strategy and king of tool boxes for local teams to roll out the service (from Marketing aspect, to commercial toolkits, Business Models, implementation scenarios, Business Plans)
3. organization of the public communication of Hubgrade Digital services for water
4. organization of a reporting to follow the success of the process

First experience in BtoB marketing would be a plus. Knowledge of the community service sector and / or trades related to infrastructure (factories, networks, etc.). Knowledge of the water management sector in the territories would be appreciated. First international experience (internship or exchange).
