😎 Your future position :

  • Lead and grow a team of People Partners
  • Coordinate, and organize them to provide a great Swilers experience from Onboarding to Offboarding
  • Co-design and implement the People & Organization roadmap
  • Develop the most appropriate HR practices and KPIs, propose corrective actions, deliver results.
  • Understand the business challenges in order to design the most appropriate organizations.
  • Onboard, Develop and Retain talents based on organizational needs and future business needs.
  • Anticipate needs and design mid-long term career paths together with the People Team and management
  • Advice managers in their career planning: individually and collectively.
  • Build up the Talent Cycle and Organization Review. Anticipate moves and drive succession planning.

  • You will be a part of a team of almost 40 amazing people.
  • You will be a member of the HR leadership team and your direct report will be Shana (our Chief People Officer).
  • As a manager, you will manage a team of 5 People Partner (Camille M., Camille A., Célia, Lina, Martha)

Profil recherché

  • Have 8+ year-experience in fast-paced environments (you have seen organizations scaline fast and the challenges / opportunities it brings)
  • Are able to support, coach, embark and challenge the Top management & managers in order to deliver together the People Experience
  • Have people experience culture and vision (programs, practices, systems…)
  • Are structured, analytical, pragmatic and you have an action-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Are able to be open and transparent with employees, fostering trust and being a calm, centered and supportive leader when the company goes through growth pain
  • Have strong project management skills

🔥 Our hiring process :

  • First screen : a 30 minute video interview with a recruiter from the hiring super team
  • Experience Interview : an exchange with your future manager to challenge your hard & soft skills
  • Assessment : an immersion in our environment via a practical case study where we will ask you to work on a specific subject related to your future responsibilities. This will also give you the opportunity to project yourself in a real situation with your future colleagues!
  • Swile Interview : an essential step, our cultural fit! This will be the opportunity for you to talk about your motivations and values by meeting 2 Swilers from other departments.
  • Final Round : the interview with your future N+2 to validate the last points that remain outstanding, on your side as well as ours!
