As Mobility & Immigration Program Manager your mission is to define the policies and deliver the services required for Spendesk to hire globally and optimise the work experiences of their global workforce.

WHAT WILL YOU DO / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing Spendesk’s relocation and immigration’s services, including the definition of policies and processes at scale, incorporation and partnering with external vendors to optimise on end to end experience
  • Managing the delivery of relocation and immigration services for Spendesk’s new hires and internal transfers
  • Managing Spendesk’s Employer of record (EOR) provider to facilitate the hiring of global and remote talents, including the definition of policies and processes at scale, facilitating the collaboration between the EOR and Spendesk and advising on feasibility
  • Partnering with the People team to optimise the work-experiences of Spendesk’s remote and global workforce, including the participating in policy definition or building content to enable Spendeskers, managers and the People team.
  • YOUR COMPETENCY PROFILE / YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

  • 7 years of experience in delivering mobility and immigration services, ideally in Tech companies
  • Track record of partnering with EOR or immigration vendors through growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and in French is a plus)
  • Outstanding capacity to communicate with other teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of project and operational execution
  • Passionate about providing best-in-class employee experience
  • A person of integrity and strong work ethics
  • Details oriented, curious by nature and a creative problem-solver who looks at problems from every angle and explores around corners before landing on the path forward: you quickly understand the different issues at stake and show initiative to avoid getting stuck
  • Growth-minded with high level of energy and positivity
  • What do you need to have ?

  • 7 years of experience in delivering mobility and immigration services, ideally in Tech companies;
