✍️ Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and grow business with IT based digital and CTV buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers.
  • Selling Equativ’s media solutions and promoting the use of Equativ’s self service buying tools. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, trading desks and brands directly through regular meetings, calls, reports and recommendations.
  • Achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives and targets. Bring vision, strategy and the business plan of the company to reality.
  • Manage existing key Demand relationships and ensure they are satisfied with the services; assist in growing the accounts.
  • You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact for the demand business.
  • You coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners.
  • Grow awareness around our ad inventory offer and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ RTB+ in the marketplace.
  • Build custom ad packages for all partners, tailoring the offer to suit the client and buyers’ needs.
  • Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and Equativ RTB+ platform. 
  • Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise.

    • 💪 About you

  • 5-8 years experience in digital sales with a proven track record of selling programmatic solutions to agencies, ATD’s and brands directly.
  • Proactive sales person with knowledge of both the programmatic industry and the agency landscape.
  • A network of contacts across IT agencies & Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers or other programmatic platforms.
  • Sales orientated, focused on identifying new business opportunities.
  • Creative and open-minded entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of reaching and surpassing targets in a fast moving industry.
