Your role
You will be responsible to establish Skello as the leading workforce management solution in Spain, where operations started at the end of 2021. You will have full ownership of the country P&L and will be responsible for representing skello in Spain, driving revenue growth and developing a talented team.
Main missions
Define an ambitious vision for Skello in SpainDevelop commercial strategy and identify additional levers for growth (ex. offering, strategic partnerships, etc.)Lead sales, marketing and account management teams to seize and retain new business opportunities Ensure skello meets highest standards of customer satisfactionBuild and maintain preferred relationships with selected key accountsBuild Skello brand in SpainCollect and share Product & Tech requirements to better address local customer needsEnsure adoption of tools and processes that provide accurate visibility on financial, operational and commercial performance Ensure observance of local laws and regulationsTrack and report key performance indicators (growth rate, payback time, NPS, net retention rate, etc.)Provide exceptional leadership to inspire and grow a team of talented individuals and build a stimulating environment for them to thrive inYour profile
10+ years of experience with a track record in managing topline growth, ideally as a Comex member, Country Manager or General Manager in a fast-growing companyExcellent understanding of the SaaS business model and Spanish local market Unmatched ability to drive sales and headcount growthAbility to embody our company values and a client-centric cultureStrong communication skills and ability to create productive team dynamics High willingness to join a fast-paced early-stage project Native or bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English (French is a strong plus)What we offer
