To achieve this ambitious mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Developer to join our Revenue team.


As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will work closely with the French VSB/SMB ecosystem, including companies and actors working in various industries, from well-known platforms like Qonto to hyper-niche SaaS and brokers. You will be at the core of Silvr's revenue generation by leveraging embedded lending.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire relationship with our partners, from the first discussion to tailor-made integrations.

Your missions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue             growth in the French market.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential partners in various industries, including fintech, SaaS, and brokers
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with Silvr's business objectives and create mutual value
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful partner integrations and launches
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, such as revenue, activation rates, and customer satisfaction, to optimize partner programs
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities, pipeline, and revenue to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new partnership opportunities and strategies
  • Evangelise our ecosystem about embedded lending

Profile :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of success in a partnership role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
  • Worked with the SMB segment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Fluency in French and at least C1 in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree

      3. A 1-hour video call with Benoit (Case Study),
      4. Meet Nima, the CEO, and co-founder, in visio or at the office for 30 minutes.
