Your future team

The Client Performance Team aims at maximizing the margin and minimizing the churn on the existing insurance product operated by Seyna. This team is composed of 3 sub-teams: Audit, Actuaries & Data.

What You’ll Do

This Client Performance Director position at Seyna is at the heart of the company’s operational and financial strategy. With that in mind, you’ll:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Data, Actuarial, and Audit teams, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration among these functions

  • Ensure we have the right framework to anticipate and mitigate significant risks for Seyna, especially through effective consideration of incoming information.

  • Drive the implementation of technological innovations to enhance our operational efficiency and value proposition in data integration, performance monitoring and audits

  • Ensure efficient and timely integration of data into the Seyna platform. Also, ensure proper prioritization of the data engineering roadmap according to the company’s goals

  • Maintain an effective framework for monitoring and optimizing the profitability of insurance programs, with regular reviews, prioritization based on impact, and quick and effective execution to review products and reprice unprofitable programs

  • Ensure that our audit processes are robust in identifying and correcting operational risks and inefficiencies. Ensure that all our brokers properly manage distribution, operations, and compliance on Seyna’s insurance programs according to defined management agreements. Also, provide brokers with a differentiated audit approach by offering best market practices and differentiated support (continuous monitoring).

  • Ensure a high level of cross-functional collaboration, especially with the sales team, risk placement team, and finance team to support them in their missions.


Profil recherché

You’re at the right place if

  • You have strong foundations in actuarial science, providing expertise in insurance landscapes.

  • You have expertise in operational processes for Health and P&C insurance, ensuring comprehensive oversight (including distribution, management, compliance, and legal aspects)

  • You have strong organizational and project management abilities for efficient team coordination.

  • You demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting and performance monitoring, enabling you to provide accurate insights and drive strategic decision-making.

  • You have natural leadership qualities, fostering high performance and collaboration.

  • You have the capability to align departmental activities with company-wide strategic goals.

  • You excel in problem identification and solution development, particularly in crisis management situations, demonstrating your ability to navigate challenges effectively and drive impactful resolutions.
