Profil recherché

Your Role:

As a Junior Marketing Specialist at RZILIENT, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, leveraging product features to promote compelling value propositions and marketing messages.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights the unique value proposition of our SaaS platform.

  • Content Creation and Distribution: create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including product formats, case studies, and sales presentations, to effectively communicate the benefits of our solution to customers and prospects.

  • Market Research and Analysis: conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends, using insights to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Campaign Management: plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts, leveraging a mix of online and offline channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing management, sales, and customer success, to align product marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Product Launches: lead product-marketing  efforts, coordinating with product management, tech and sales teams to ensure successful launches and drive adoption among target customers.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Marketing Experience: previous experience in B2B marketing is a plus, and exposure to the SaaS industry is highly desirable. A track record of success in marketing complex integrated services would be amazing.

  • Analytical Abilities: exceptional research and analytical skills, coupled with a keen understanding of complex customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and effectively communicate complex features and benefits to diverse audiences.

  • Creativity: a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target customers.

  • Adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.

  • Results Orientation: a results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding marketing objectives and KPIs.
