Position:                   Director, Workforce Planning & People Insights

Reporting to:           VP of People Insights & Services

Based in:                   France  

Position Summary

Responsible for developing and monitoring staffing strategy across Quadient with the support of Business leaders, HR and Finance Partners. Include organizing and coordinating Headcount and positions forecasting for 3 years plan, yearly Budget or any reforecasting exercises.

Lead and Implement reorganization project and M&A integration in HR systems to support Strategic Operations team and HR operations.

Make regular reporting and pro-active analysis to Executive Committee members to follow up on workforce evolution.

Collaborate closely with Talent team to anticipate recruiting and skills development needs. Provide easy access to the information with suitable technologies.

Key Accountabilities

Workforce Planning Management

  • Maintain and follow the execution of plan all along the year with HR, finance & business contributors (identify actuals, actuals VS forecast and projections)
  • Identify gaps, develop a staffing strategy by working with Talent team, HR BPs and the executive management team.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate Finance to synchronize WFP (Workforce Plan) with Budget.
  • Develop accurate forecasts for near-term hiring needs.
  • Support HR & TA to look at the current and projected job outlook and future competition for key positions within the company.
  • Support Talent Team in the planning of the diversity plan elaboration & execution.
  • Support Talent and local HR teams for Skills Planning (support TD)

Staffing strategic changes

  • Support Strategic Operations team and Local HR teams on M&A and Divestment project, support and advise on reporting line definition, lead & implement changes in HR systems.
  • Support Executive team and local HR on strategic reorganization, support and advise on reporting line definition, lead & implement changes in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with corporate and local finance team to maintain organizations consistency between HR system and Finance systems, including the mapping of cost centers.

HR Data Science

  • Provide regular HR data reporting to HR Directors and Executive committee members.
  • Perform ad hoc and strategic staffing analysis according to business context and needs.
  • Provide insights and benchmark on talent market.

Technology

  • Implement and maintain processes and technologies to support Workforce planning activities.
  • Develop self-service reporting and technologies to senior management

  • Expertise in HCM/HRIS/EPM (Technologies : Adaptive Workday)
  • Expert in Office suite (MS Excel,Word, Powerpoint …)
  • Expert in Finance and HR processes
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management (planning, risk management, budget follow-up, quality follow up)
  • Highly rigorous

  • Communication and animation skills.
