ROLE & IMPACT

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB’s (Small & Medium businesses). With our 2025 goals in mind, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be in charge of the Portugal expansion, BDR team grow and win new markets!

Your goal? Ensure Partoo understands the Portugal market, and attract new clients.

SOME MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM

Agustín: He’s from Argentina, He is part of the Iberia team in Partoo! Agustín loves dogs, sports, cooking and go out with friends!

Fabio: An entrepreneur at heart, he created his Yoga company at the age of 25 and then joined Partoo determined to win new customers. He is passionate about chess and NBA. He won several medals in London Olympic Games.

Liliana: She joined Partoo last year. Lilliana is from Portugal, and she’s working in the Barcelona office as an Account Executive - Iberia. Lilliana is a rookie singer on her spare times, being part of a group for the last 2 years. She also likes surf, animals (she has an adopted dog called Riki) and she has won a cosplay competition in 2023!

YOUR MANAGERS:

Miquel: He is an energetic, enthusiastic person who enjoys challenges and achieving personal goals, which easily explains his love for sports! He has practised swimming and water polo for a while but also loves running, he sporadically took part in many races across Spain. He also enjoys Soccer, Basketball, paddle and cycling.

Hugo: He’s recently joined the company with the goal of building a global BDR team, uniting them all and get the team ready for upcoming market launches and new business opportunities!

MISSIONS 🔥

  • Contact prospects in order to obtain qualified appointments with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital)
  • Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions
  • Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers
  • Work hand in hand with the International Sales team to increase their sales force, develop sales and help build a first class team
  • Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads through reminders, personalized and creative messages to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions
  • Achieve weekly objectives of creating new opportunities and concrete sales
  • Generate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives
  • IT'S A MATCH 🎯

  • First experience required, experience in sales/business development is a plus.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent in English
  • Dynamic and always positive
