MEETING YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will be part of the Growth department, managing the marketing and communication team. The department includes Marketing Designers, Video Marketing Artists, UA Managers, and the Marketing Analyst. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth.

   
MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

In this role, you will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers & Community Managers to maximize our apps & games visibility and support the organic acquisition of users.

Your main missions will be : 

  • Play a key role in developing the Marketing strategy for MWM applications and games,
  • Oversee and work over marketing plans covering communication campaigns (influencer, PR, display, content, etc.), ASO optimizations, marketing assets creation, and improvements then take in charge the execution, 
  • Track, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our Marketing Campaigns with the support of the Marketing Analysts,
  • Work closely with the Managers of the Designer teams and User Acquisition team to maximize synergies. Ensuring the best coordination of your respective efforts,
  • Analyze global trends in the applications market and look for new business opportunities. Share digest of the learnings to support your initiatives.


ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record driving growth in mobile app installs,
  • Experience in building and managing a small team (<10),
  • Good understanding of Mobile Marketing and KPIs for Mobile Apps,
  • Growth Marketing mindset,
  • Organizational and analytical skills,
  • Proven leadership capabilities including Marketing Strategy Development, effective decision making, and the ability to drive results,
  • Either Native French speaker with excellent English or Fluent in English and willing to learn French (as the position is based in Paris).

 

Even better if you have:

  • Previous working experience in a startup environment,
  • Tracked record marketing successful mobile apps and/or games,
  • Advanced knowledge of ASO.
