Job description

Your context and mission

Modjo is growing fast, with a client portfolio that is evolving over time in volume, in client types (startups, scale-ups, enterprise) and geographies. We need a strong team to support this growth for the long run and to continue delivering the best-in-class experience to our costumers.

Join this growing team committed to creating and delivering the best possible experience. We are looking for new players in order to compose our star soccer team (because yes, we aim to be minimum 11 in the months to come, and yes it's not only for men).

Your daily roles to succeed:

  • Onboard our customer: ramp up clients quickly and efficiently and ensure that they understand the value we deliver, have the best practices and become addicted to Modjo!
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients: build and foster strong relationships with a portfolio of established clients via regular touchpoints that will help them always improve their use of Modjo. 
  • Understand client needs/requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product/service(s) trainings 
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Be the voice of the customer within Modjo: coordinate with the product & sales team to provide feedback & request from clients. You have a key role in product evolution & innovation. A lot of new features and business opportunities come from our clients' unexpected use-cases that are mentioned by the AM team. 
  • Participate in team projects: we are constantly learning and building new things for our team. Optimizing processes, integrating new tools, creating content for customers are just a few examples where you could explore the possibilities
  • Here are some required skills to be great at this job:

  • People person :  you know how to build confidence and share good vibes
  • Excellent communication skills : you are at ease with oral communication and have a flair for everything
  • Structured : you are rigorous, you know how to follow a process and make it evolve.
  • Bonus skills & experiences:

  • Full professional proficiency in English and native in French
  • Speaking Spanish or German is a ++
  • A first experience as Account Manager / Customer Success Manager is a ++
