Job description
You will join a growing team of Pre-sales and Customer Operations, working for EMEA Region, and based in France.
What You’ll Do At Laiye:
- As KEY Presales in Laiye International Business Team in opportunity identification, solution proposals and technology demonstration of Laiye’s products and solutions.
- Proactively scope the technical solutions required to address customer requirements and challenges, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for the customer and Laiye.
- Present solution, capabilities and credentials in proposal meetings and customer discussions.
- Facilitate and provide workshops, as well as create high Level visionary demos and building and validating value scenarios as well as selling and communicating concepts.
- Monitor deal progress from a pre-sales perspective and keep an open eye on how solutions can be maximized in customer and commercial value.
- Develop the tools, methods and requirements to accurately assess risk, value, and architectural direction of opportunities within internal expertise.
- Identify & design innovative options to ensure differentiation against the market competition.
- Develop the transformative storyboard translating client’s journey from Current Mode of Operation through Future Mode of Operation in alignment with the client’s business objectives.
- Engage with members of Sales team and other functions (e.g. R&D, Product, Implementation, etc.) where appropriate to provide advice to meet specific client requirements.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams support.
Preferred experience
This Is What You’ll Bring To Our Team:
- 5 years + work experiences as Pre Sales/Solution Consultant in Software companies or business consulting firms.
- Worked in start-ups or small tech companies is preferable.
- Strong technical background, and good knowledge on sales processes.
- In-depth understanding of the Intelligent Automation/RPA/Digital transformation market.
- Familiar with internal system and process in large enterprises and industries, etc. Banking, Retail, Telecommunication, Conglomerates, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent presentation skills across broad audiences and strong logical thinking ability, able to fully and clearly express the system’s processing flow details and data processing logic in verbal and written skill.
- Be prepared for continuous entrepreneurship and long-term hard struggle, enthusiasm, initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
