Job description

Employee experience

  • Be in charge of the logistical aspects of the onboarding program within the office budget
  • Gather and analyze feedback from candidates to suggest improvements that will create an amazing employee experience
  • Improve our internal documentation to ensure new joiners understand our standards and processes as quickly as possible
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the onboarding program in terms of tools, content, and overall new joiner experience

Office Management

  • Be in charge of the office catering and kitchen organisation
  • Manages all day-to-day operations
  • In charge of internal communications and mandatory announcements
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Performing day-to-day general facilities management tasks

Events

  • Be in charge of company events from quarterly team building to corporate offsite
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Supporting our communication strategy and employer branding

Preferred experience

About you

  • Rigorous and organized: You have well-honed organizational and analytical skills, with the capability of thinking ahead
  • Dynamic and user-focused mindset: You are a fast learner who is focused on the employee experience, and is able to think on your feet
  • Communication: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Teamwork: You are able to work with teams within different departments to coordinate the onboarding process
  • Languages: You speak both French and English.
