MISSIONS
You will join a small team of 2 overseeing all People / HR topics for the entire company (Mostly French employees but also our Berlin (Germany) and Alexandria (US) office.):
HR department operational support: 50%
You will be fully embedded in department to support Daphnée (People Ops) and Damien (Chief People officer) on all the HR hands-on tasks of an employee lifecycle.
This especially entails: Talent Attraction (sourcing / screening, employer branding), Onboarding, Learning & Development, HR Admin & reporting.
HR projects: 30%
You will autonomously own small HR projects depending on the roadmap and your suggestions.
Under the supervision of the CPeO, you will contribute to larger HR projects.
e.g tools implementation (ATS, performance management tool…), HR reporting automation, performance review cycle…
Campus Management: 20%
You are entering a Master degree cycle (Master 1 or Master 2).
Ideally you had a first foot / experience in the HR world. But we are definitely open to profils coming from a different background as long as you explicit your career project moving to HR.
You’re pro-active, you like to be empowered and work in autonomy.
You are empathetic, service oriented. Privacy and work ethics mean a lot to you.
You are at ease working both in French and in English
You are interested in digging deeper into the industrial world and you are sensitive to climate change topics.
