The position : 

He/She can come from either client side or agency. Ideal candidate must be able to operate on both strategic and operational level, covering all aspects of mobile and social media advertising, including: campaign management, optimization, tracking, creative testing and analytics.

Reporting line is Head of Display.

Main missions:

  • Manage multi-million Euro budget across Europe marketing campaigns.
  • Creation, implementation, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns with a direct response focus on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Native Advertising, Google Ads.
  • Outperform monthly goals.
  • Collect and analyse campaign data, synthesize results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performances.
  • Manage relationships with online marketing partners.
  • Report performance daily / weekly / monthly to the Head of Display.
  • Collaborate with design team to develop creative test strategies and provide strategic context and insight for creative idea generation.
  • What we are looking for:

  • Marketing, Mathematics or Economics degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience (Apprenticeship / Internship taken into account) with direct consumer acquisition campaigns in related digital B2C business.
  • Excellent numerical skills, ability to clean, analyse and present data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent Excel skills for campaign set-up, cost reporting & analysis (bulk uploads, pivot tables & data representation – trend charts / tables, …).
  • Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms - Facebook Ads, Google Adwords (Search, Display, App and YouTube campaigns), TikTok Business Center, Snap Ads Manager.
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent written and oral communication, any additional language would be a plus.
