Within a team of 15 people, consisting of Infrastructure specialists, Cloud Architects, DevSecOps, DBAs, and SDMs, you manage a team responsible for deploying applications and providing technical support to developers in the DevSecOps chain, monitoring applications, and managing databases.

Role description:

You are responsible for a team tasked with developing and maintaining production management services for the L’Oréal portfolio of applications.

With your team, comprised of DevSecOps and DBA experts, and with the assistance of our “Global Managed Service Provider,” you offer application and change management services in production to application teams.

To achieve this, you implement the necessary technical components to automate and optimize deployments to various platforms and Cloud Providers, considering aspects of performance, security, and high availability.

Your team coaches development teams to facilitate the adoption of new tools implemented as part of DevSecOps initiatives.

You ensure that deliverables comply with L’Oréal Group standards.

Missions:

• Understands enterprise-level IT architecture and develops/designs integrated solutions.

• Acts as a Product Owner, working closely with application teams, Cloud teams, and the DevOps COE to develop the tooling and services roadmap.

• Builds platforms and services in collaboration with Cloud architecture teams, Cloud platforms at the group level, and in specific regions.

• Designs and develops prototypes, demonstrating the relevance of possible alternative solutions to functional and operational users.

• In collaboration with the Service Delivery team, delivers tools, automations, documentation, and training necessary for the “Global Managed Service Provider” to manage application operations 24/7.

• Provides level 2 or 3 support and expertise to operational teams and developers.

• Stays constantly informed about emerging trends and technologies, evaluates their value for the business, applicability, and usefulness for the group and/or specific zones/entities.

• Optimizes the development, maintenance, and performance of the system/technological resources proactively to ensure the stability and security of applications and infrastructures and avoid any potential service interruptions.

• Expertise in DevSecOps approach and mastery of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Nexus, Security Tools.

• Very good knowledge of the Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, App Services, Cloud Native).

• Mastery of technical components of Microsoft Azure Cloud and good technical knowledge of other Cloud providers (GCP, AWS).

• Very good knowledge of technologies: Containerization (Docker, etc.), Kubernetes, API, Terraform, Ansible, ELK.

• Good knowledge of Database Systems (IaaS and PaaS).

• Mastered stack: PowerShell, Python, Linux, Windows.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bac + 5.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
