In the context of National Funding Program “Segur de la Santé”, Lifen is aiming to support Public Hospitals through digital solutions. Within this team, you will be at the heart of the company's strategy and one of the key people to develop the business of medium-sized hospitals.

Your future missions as a Key Account Manager - Public Healthcare Institutions

🪃 You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our solution in Lifen's hospitals :

Coordination and launch of pilot facilities

Monitoring and evaluation (metrics monitoring and qualitative feedback)

Deployment (at the facility level or territorial hospital group)

🤝 You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the company's main clients:

First point of contact with hospital management and project managers on the client side.

Follow the deployment of the hospitals in coordination with the internal teams (sales, delivery, technical project manager...).

Ensure the project’s progress to enable the hospital to reach their goals (especially on the Segur program)

Track solution usage and report needs to the product team.

Identify upsell opportunities, manage the deployment of new features / products and track adoption and usage.

🏥 You will be an ambassador for Lifen and its values to multiple stakeholders:

Facility Directors, CIOs, project managers, medical communities, secretaries, etc.

You will also have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of departments within Lifen to ensure customer needs are met.

📱You are able to analyze sales data and statistics and improve sales and marketing strategies

🏥You are known for your interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your speech to the different stakeholders
