The Engineering Program Management Team

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to get on board an inspiring journey that combines engineering and program management skills.

Directly attached to the VP Engineer of Lifen, you'll have the opportunity to help us drive and deliver ambitious projects within the healthcare industry.

We expect you to perfectly understand and master modern software development best practices. 😎

The team is brand new and currently composed of 1 Engineering Program Manager: Claire, who joined us recently.

Your future missions as an Engineering Program Manager

- To ensure the launch, delivery, follow-up, and management of cross-functional projects, within the R&D team;

- To be the interface and ensure dialogue between the various stakeholders (Tech, Product, Business);

- Oversee essential projects deployment and integration;

- Measuring and evaluating the impact of projects carried through data collection.

This position is open to full-remote from France.

The profile we're looking for

🏆 Proven experience in a similar role (Technical Project Management, Tech Product Manager, EPM, etc.)

💪 You know your way around an agile environment and software engineering

📊 You have experience in building tech project roadmap and tech project planification

👀 You are interested in helping an organization scale in a healthy way and improve its engineering organization framework

🙌 You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, transparency, and team effort

🏥 If you have knowledge of the healthcare industry, well that’s the icing on the cake!
