The role of the Business Operations team is to ensure that each team (Sales, CSM, Delivery, Finance, Integration, Support) can follow their KPIs & monitor their activity, improve their performance (mostly leveraging Salesforce, our CRM), recommend best practices and ensure that they are properly understood and implemented.

Lifen is currently living very exciting times: following our recent Series C funding round, we are launching a new platform to structure medical data feeds, leveraging our applications and APIs already deployed in 400 healthcare organizations. The company is also going international this year, with about 200 open positions in the next months.

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to strengthen the team and support the company’s growth. You will be having a strong focus on Lifen revenue & lead-to-cash processes, working hand-in-hand with the Sales and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Being a member of the Business Operations team, you will be playing an important role in building our most structuring business processes :

- Contribute to implementing and improving top-notch processes for all business teams

- Prioritize tools evolution based on business teams' feedback, working hand in hand with our Salesforce developers team

- Train Lifen teams on new tools and processes

- Support the company’s managers in monitoring their teams’ performance

You will have a strong focus on finance processes, and your main responsibilities will include :

- Improve and automate lead-to-cash processes in Salesforce: quotes & contracts generation, invoice generation, recovery processes, payments, churn.

- Actively participate in the definition of Lifen new business models in France and in Europe, in close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.

- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure scalability and efficiency of our processes

- Implement dashboards for monitoring our business activity (revenue pipe analysis, finance sanity dashboards, clients lifecycle) and our revenue (MRR, Upsells / Downsells, Churn)

- Spread a revenue-centric culture across Lifen’s business teams

Requirements

- You have at least one significant professional experience in Operations positions (or equivalent) in a startup or consulting firm

- You have excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!

- You are an excellent communicator and facilitator with good written & presentation skills

- You are data-driven with a strong analytical mind, the importance of data quality is a no brainer to you

- You are curious and don’t live by your job description, you like to take on new challenges and want to grow with the company!

- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus

- English fluent
