By joining the Payments team, you will join the heart of the business. The Payments team @lemonway, is made with 3 main streams: Payment’s processing, Fraud & litigations, Payments Strategy & Partnerships.

Today, we are reinforcing the team by creating a new position in the Payments Strategy & Partnerships squad.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the relationship is correctly documented, up to date contract and KYB renewal validated.

  • Assist the team in the quality review of activities with our Banks & PSP

  • Activate new payments services for our Marketplaces when onboarding or upselling

  • Ensure the proper application of the conditions by monitoring and controlling our banking fees on a monthly basis.

  • Participate in Banks & PSP negotiations.

  • Be the unique point of contact for all administrative matters regarding the daily relationship (contacts list update, Audit certificate, etc.)



Profil recherché

Technical skills

  • Knowledge in the payment industry & cash management

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and an ability to synthesize information

  • You know how to work on the Pack Office and master excel like a pro

  • You are fluent in English and French


Soft skills

  • You are a real team player

  • You are rigorous and organized

  • You are proactive and autonomous

  • You respect the deadlines


Experience

  • You are completing a Master degree in Cash Management, Payments or Finance.

  • A first experience in a FINTECH will be a plus!


HIRING PROCESS

1️⃣ HR Interview

During the first round, you will first have a 30 minute call with Bruna, Senior Talent Acquisition to better understand your motivations about the role and company.

2️⃣ Manager Interview

If you successfully passed the first interview, you would have a 1-hour interview with Marie-Adeline, managing the Payment Strategy application and the relationship with our Banks and PSPs. During this interview, you will have an opportunity to discuss the missions and expectations regarding the role within the company. Also, you will be asked to highlight one or two of your past experiences to showcase your skills for success in the role.

3️⃣ Head Of Interview

During this last round, you will have the opportunity to meet your direct manager, the Head of Payments, Chloé.
